Stop running your business from a gmail address

Professional email with your domain name. Set up properly, working on all your devices, and backed up.

Let's set up your email

Your business card says your company name. Your website says your company name. Your email says yourname@gmail.com. It works, but it doesn't look professional. And every time you send an invoice or a proposal from a free email address, there's a small credibility gap that didn't need to be there.

Or maybe you already have business email but it's a mess. It was set up years ago by someone else, you're not sure who's paying for it, and you've got three different accounts that may or may not be backing up anywhere.

Email is one of those things that should just work. You send, you receive, it shows up on your phone and your computer, and you don't think about the infrastructure behind it.

What you get

Your name @ your domain

Professional email addresses for you and your team. yourname@yourbusiness.ca, not yourname@gmail.com.

Works everywhere

Set up on your phone, your computer, your tablet. Syncs across all devices. Send from any of them.

Secure and backed up

Spam filtering, virus protection, and automatic backups. Your email is protected and recoverable.

Simple to manage

Need to add a new team member, create a shared mailbox, or set up forwarding? Straightforward requests with quick turnaround.

How it works

01

Pick your setup

How many email addresses, what names, any shared mailboxes or aliases needed. The setup gets planned around how your business actually communicates.

02

Everything gets configured

Email accounts created, DNS records updated, devices set up. If you're switching from an old email system, existing messages can be migrated.

03

Up and running

Email works. If anything needs changing down the road, that's a quick request away.

Who this is for

This is a good fit if you're using a free email address for business and know you should upgrade. Or if you have business email that's been neglected and you're not sure it's backed up or set up correctly.

Also relevant if you're launching a new business and want email set up right from the start, alongside your domain and website.
