Involve Media Inc. provides website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and ongoing digital support for small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation, or use automated tools to scrape content.

These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreement. In the event of a conflict, the project-specific agreement takes precedence.
Project pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Canadian sales taxes (HST) apply based on your billing address. Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Non-payment after reasonable notice may result in suspension of services.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created for their project (website files, design assets, content) unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Involve Media Inc. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
The involve.media website, its design, content, and code are the property of Involve Media Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
Our work may involve third-party platforms (hosting providers, analytics tools, content management systems). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We recommend appropriate tools but are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing changes, or policy updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, together with any project-specific service agreement, constitute the complete agreement between you and Involve Media Inc.
